David Capotosto is an entrepreneur and seasoned business executive. His extensive experience in business comes from more than 30 years of active involvement with start-up, scaling and mature businesses. His experience in design, engineering, manufacturing and operations is both wide and deep. David has displayed a remarkable and unique ability to move projects from ideas to smooth-running operations.

He began his career as a foreman of a third-shift injection molding facility. Since then, David has held nearly every position in a manufacturing company – Process Engineer, Project Engineer, Engineering Manager, Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Director of Design and Development, Director of Quality, Director of Business Development, General Manager, Executive VP and President.

David has assisted in the startup of numerous ventures and, since 2000, has been a design and business consultant. In 2013 he negotiated and successfully secured the rights to certain composite technology and products and founded a new company, DeepWater Buoyancy, Inc., to produce these products. He hired a management team and staff and continues to serve as the Co-President and Director of Business Development.
